Try Cissus. I have read several articles about it, its great for joints, especially recovery. From what I have read, it has been shown to cut recovery time for joints and tendons by several weeks. Not to mention it is great for retaining muscle. There are several companies that offer Cissus. You should be able to get it for a pretty reasonable price.

However, if you have a more advanced condition, seek a formula that includes ALL of the big 3, because they work synergistically.
But be weary of poor dosing use these as barometers:
- Glucosamine 1500mg
- Chondroitin 1200mg
- MSM 2000mg
Jarrow makes a good one, but you can find a better price if you shop around.

hip problem
I have a bad hip that I completely dislocated three years next month and it used to only bother me on really cold days or very rarely after a workout but it never really kept me out of the gym or effected my workouts. But in the last weeks-months my strength increases have brought me to heavier weight that is starting to bother it on leg day/ back day (heavy dl's). I speculate that it is this heavier weight..but i am not sure. now it seems to ache daily. what would be the best thing to help resolve this problem? (supplement related)
