    glutamine

    is this really needed? what r the benefits, im currently bulking and eat 600 gs carbs 350 gs protein and 100gs fats and have read that you get enouph glutamine from foods when eating this much, ive started takin kaolic garlic tabs to boost the old immune system which i know glutamine can also be benificial to but what else does glutamine help the body with and is it worth takin? thanlks

    Glutamine helps muscle recovery.

    i find it greatly enhances my recovery, some say it isnt orally available....but it works for me

    For me glutamine taken orally is better used like a immunostimulant than anabolic.
    In my cycle i got no test flu while on Glutamine but did not felt anabolic increase.

    how do you guys use glut? after workout and before bed was suggested by my previous trainer, then first thing in the morning and right before bed on non-training days.

    I take it in the powder form. Mixed with my protein shake before bedtime

    yea def increases recovery, not as sore the next day at all.
