    question, bccas, when do i take em.. in the morn ive been told, what r the benifits of these vits? by the way im pretty new to all this, thanks

    I would suggest takign BCAA's morning, pre-train, post-train and night.

    I take 5g at each time.

    is that chopes, damn right it is, heaviest knarliest fukin place on earth..only laird hamilton went out on that day, do u surf then? im trying to balance out surfing and weight training which is so hard dew to the cardio side of the sport but 10000 calories a day is the norm when im in and outa the water...which still probarbly aint enouph to growwww number 12!!

    They help prevent muscle catabolism. I take 5 gr before cardio and drink another 10 in sugar free drink mix with water while doing cardio. Use same mix while lifting and add them to my PWO

    I've never used powdered bcass, just caps...but I'll look into a powder I can mix and use while training. thank you

    i am using the optimum nutrition 5000 bcaa's and so far it's great. No complaints here about it. I also take them with their 2222 amino acids. I think they are a great combo.

    Scivation's XTEND. Hands down the best as far as grams per servings and taste.
