    6-OXO for non-steroidal friend????

I really DO "have a friend" who doesn't use steroids, is 51 years old, but has competed in natural BB competitions...

He has asked me about two supplements:

6-OXO, which seems to be mostly an anti-estrogen used by 'roiders in the PCT, if at all, but also claims to "increase testosterone".

Keytropen, which bills itself as a "GH secretagogue" containing HTA-5 (trademarked!) which it says is "equal to 2000NG" (whatever that means.)

He is completely natural, and wants to know if these products work, and if they will screw him up as he had his thyroid removed a few years back and takes 250 mg. Levoxyl per day.

MY take is that anything available over-the-counter at GNC doesn't work and is a waste of money, especially if you've got access to real gear.
However... what about for a natural guy who doesn't take steroids???

Your thoughts are, as always, welcome and appreciated.

at 51 I doubt any natural methods are going to work.

The 2000ng wont help him develop more muscle but if it is the sublingual spray hell notice some tighter skin/darker hair/bf loss in around 6 months to a year with it.

Nothing incredible but hell notice it.

The 6oxo will give him an increase in testosterone but I doubt itll get noticeable mass on him. Plus itll drive estrogen lower then where it needs to be most likely. Id reccomend DIM for him as itll keep his estrogen within range without being too low.

Thanks for the reply. What I was thinking, myself, actually... he's really anti-steroids and thinks that these supplements might "really screw him up" if he takes too much!

But, what is "DIM"? I'll recommend it to him, but need to know what it is.

Keyword search turned up a lot of "Dim"wits, but nothing supplemental...

    Thanks,
