If you wake up at 11AM and work out at 10:30 pm and go to bed around 1AM what would be the best times to take m1t. Granted the first week would be 10mg's a day but the last 3 weeks you start taking 20 mgs. What would be the best time to take them? I do not know how long m1t's half life is nor do I know for the best times to take them. Anything would be deemed helpful. Thanks guys.
