Question about M1T and it's servings
If you wake up at 11AM and work out at 10:30 pm and go to bed around 1AM what would be the best times to take m1t. Granted the first week would be 10mg's a day but the last 3 weeks you start taking 20 mgs. What would be the best time to take them? I do not know how long m1t's half life is nor do I know for the best times to take them. Anything would be deemed helpful. Thanks guys.

space each dose about 8 hours apart, and try to make one of those doses right before you work out. you got any 4ad to run with it?

no the only 4-ad i came across was some home made shit in Canada. If I'm going to run it with 4-ad I want the 4-ad to look like something other than rat posion per say.

nah the fast action stuff is it but I asked a question about the ingredients but nobody knows the answer.

People take it before they sleep (10mg ed) whether or not they have lethargy problems... and again when they wake up.
Otherwise, when you wake up and X hours after that..
Take it with food.

how many mg are your pills? 5 or 10?
m1t has a half life of 12 hours
the closer you take the pills to ~12hrs apart, the more stable your blood levels will b = less likely occurence of side effects!

I haven't had any side effects... taking them 8 hours apart exactly to the minute almost. 10 mg's each so 20 mg a day

try it out but i would suggest watching your b/p, if it gets a little high try to avoid taking pre workout
