Gas

So I started SD Monday. And I have noticed, as with my 2 previous cycles, I tend to get some pretty bad gas. Anybody had or have this issue? Im taking the usual supporting supps and whatnot. Is there a way to reduce or elminate this?

I'm not sure fiber has anything to do with it, because i eat plenty of green veggies a day. I recently fine tuned my diet and man gas is off the charts.

We are talking so bad i need to leave my desk at work, get in my car and drive around the block to relieve it all.

Goddamn oats and whites i figure.

Always take your supps with food, my supps were split in the day along with my SD. I was running 20/20/30/30

so my first 2 weeks i woudl take half my support supps with 1st SD pill and the rest with my 2nd

on my third week, i did the same thing, and my 3rd pill was taken without any support supps, somtimes i through in some milk thistle, or i took the 3rd pill at the sametime with the second pill.

I wouldnt reccomened going up to 30mg's though. i got some shitty ass sides. lethargy was through the roof, and my acne got real bad at the end of the 4th week.
