    My mass builder cycle

    Stats: 21 yo 188 lbs

    I'm planing 20 weeks bulk-up and I'm going to take some suppliments:

    1. ON 100% Whey Gold Standard Protein 3 servings/day
    2. ON 100% Casein Protein 2 serving/day
    3. ON BCAA 1000 3 servings/day
    4. BSN No-Xplode 3 serving/day 8 weeks on/4 weeks off/8 weeks on
    5. BSN Cell-Mass 2 servings/day 8 weeks on/4 weeks off/8 weeks on
    6. Universal Animal Pak 1 pack/day

    Any advice is higly appreciable

    y use bcaas for a bulker? not to say they'll be completely useless, but theyd be better reserved for a cutting cycle--their main benefit serves to prevent muscular catabolism

    and 5 servings a day of protein? whats yer diet like bro? All the supps in the world wont save you unless you're eating rite!

    noxplode/cellmass r good, but its gonna get PRETTY expensive when you get 20wks worth of the stuff...id look into getting a bulk form of creatine, then for a preworkout mix get some bulk arginine, add in the bulk creatine, buy some caffeine caps and some niacin and you have you're own preworkout concoction at a fraction of the price!

    thanks man nice input about BCAA, I'll remove them.
    About servings, It's five becouse my post workout meal is 2 servings ON whey and one serving in the morning, my evening meal is 2 servings ON Casein so 5 servings :>
    i heard about that I can make my own stack using arginin niacin,caffein,some creatine and will be more cheaper, I must make some more research about that.
    if you can please post me the exact quantity of the stuffs

    Ok first of all. BCAA's are essential for EVERYTHING. not just cutters. Where did you hear this information?. where ever you did. ITS WRONG. go research.

    and I agree... whats with the 5 servings of protien a day? Protien is NOT some kind of miracle supplement thats gonna add crazy amounts of weight, it actully prob wont add to much weight at all. Go to the diet forum and get ur diet checked out. i drink 1 protien shake a day, and thats post workout. somtimes 2 if i HAVE to miss a meal, which i never try to do.

    Also you DO NOT want to take No explode 3 times a day. Your only suppost to take a NO2 like that pre-workout because of its added caffiene and pre workout boost in it. go out and grab some arginine and some creatine and take that 3 times a day, and thenh you wont get the stimulants. add a stim like redline or caffiene only pre-workout.

    hahahaha you sly mofo. Bcaa's dirty = asshole

    Its true though! BCAA's can you be used for bulkers. and I would recomend it as i feel they helped me during my bulk. ( i tried it on my own to so HA)

    I agree with K.Biz, you only need whey protein for post workout. Since you have Casien protein only take one scoop just before you go to bed (slower digestion)

    Too much f'n protein powder bro.
    I say, erase 1-6, and replace with:
    1. Test
    2. Dbol
    Theres your mass builder right there.

    All seriousness, cut out some of that protein powder. Try to eat whole foods as much as possible. You will get way better results. The only shake I use is my PWO shake.
    Keep the BCAAs, they are an important supplement in any case.
    As for the NO Explode, I would replace it with AMplify 02, and replace the Cell Mass with regular creatine monohydrate. This way, its cheaper, proven to work, and will get you just the same, or better results.
    As far as Aminal Pak, lol, have you tried those? I did not like them because you have to swallow 11 freakn' horse pills, and Im more than sure they are the reason I got my kidney stone. I would use a good 2 a day multi, like NOW's ADAMS.

    Also, make sure you drinking 1.5-2 gallons of water a day.

    Agreed animal pak no good too much calcium not enough magnesium this will cause stones.

    Animal Pak is an amazing multi V...and BCAAs are essential for everything like the above post said
