best joint brands?
i just want too hear from some of you with 1st hand experiance with joint supps. on what brands you like the best, and why.
i have only tried GNC's and the flexamine brand and found that the cheaper (by 15-20$) flexamine brand too work better.
i thinking of giving the Animal Flex a try.

I've tried a few as well, but the one that works best for me is Flexcerine.

I've used the glucosamin/chondroitin from Sam's club and it worked well for me.

About two years ago in a head on collision car accident, I severly dislocated my right hip. The hip joint is the largest, most complex and powerful joint in the human body, and unlike a wrist, finger, or ankle, it is very hard to heal back over. I did make a 100% recovery, I was fortunate. But some days it hurts like a son of a b*tch. When I walk from a warm heated building in the winter time to the extremem cold outdoors it hurts like hell....the rest of the time it is just randomb pain spurts..usually short and far betwen. After doing deadlifts in the 365-400+, or leg press in the 800-1000lb+, and even lunges seem to cause it ache. Heavy squats and front squats hurt is sometimes, but surprisingly not very much. Last ngiht I iFinally bought some simple MAXIMUM STRENGTH GLUCOSAMINE, CHONDROITIN, AND MSM combination from my local CVS. I never shop there but i needed releif fast. After a single night I can tell the difference...it feels alot better. Stick with something that has at least al three ofthose ingrediants and that is high in strength.
