benadryl with ECA

can any1 tell me how to take benadyll when using an eca stack , how much should i be taking and when ?

every third week at 50mg every night for 7 days. On a side note i notice you live in UK. Benadryl in the UK does not contain the same active ingredients as the US version. You need to buy Nytol or sleepeaze (boots own brand generic) as these are both dipenadramine 50mg which is what you are looking for.
IMO ECA is better cycled 2 weeks on 2 weeks off as i fee even with benadryl it just ends up burning you out and you can come to rely on it. Many people i have met take it all the time just to feel normal which in my book is called an addiction.

PB I think you are talking about Diphenhydramine hydrochloride? Is 50mg sufficient as in one dose and at what time did you take it?
