Mass Tab Log
Hey guys I started Mass Tabs yesterday.
I will summarize my cycle here...
I'm 24 yrs old, i'm 5'8-5'9 my weigh in is at 155... and my wishful thinking goal weight is 170, 165 after PCT
Maybe %7 body fat i will get a 7 point caliber measurement for the next post-
I'll increase caloric intake by 250 every week or as my body needs for 4 wk cycle.
Other supp's- solgar's multi vit, muscle milk & dex, casein, and %100 whey iso, glutamine, total efa's
PCT- i dunno yet but prob some Nolvadex and maybe the IDS pct tabs, i will also finish almost empty bottles of CEE, Nitrix and ZMA

I have a pretty fast metabolism, somewhat of a hardgainer- I'm a Trainer/Nutrionist been doing it for 6 years, lifting for 8 on and off. Played high school sports and still play b-ball and baseball from time to time. Boxed for 3 years on and off too.
Well that's all i think...

Day 1 workout 1
My first day was on Sunday 7/01 Ch, Sh, Tri following "24 workout mass blitz" routine
weigh 155
I had a week off before starting...
Took my tab 1hr pre-w with my pre-w shake
good energy, got through workout in 80 min
Tue, day off- ohh so sore... took tab, my body is asking for more food already! Something worth noting is that i experienced a 'hot flash' warm sensation all over maybe after an hour of taking the tab that lasted a few min's...
I took pics and tried posting yesterday but wouldn't upload, something about waiting for approval from the board but the thing never loaded! any IT guys out there?
Got my measurements in (7 point caliper reading) i'm at %6.50 body fat- great, but i'm not really trying to lose overall body fat- i'll take any mass!!! lol
Well today i'll be working Back, Bi, & Forearms
can't wait!

A little sluggish coming in... on 5 hr sleep. Nonetheless i already felt "hard" all around- from the tabs i'm assuming.
Still sore from Day 1-
Pull ups where preety good... I got a great pump from them (i'd say i was 1+ pull up stronger than usual) Bi and forearm work was solid
Today my whole upperbody is trashed... lower lats... peak of bi's... everything!

i feel your pain bro, im up there with the hardest gainers in the world. i actully uped my cals by 1000 and barley put on any fat. i did gain close to 20 pounds on my frist SD cycle which is unherd of, but the upped calorie intake it worked like a charm. Now im not saying up your cals by 1000 as it worked for me and might not work for you. but i would up them in increments of 200 a week, to see how you feel, then when get to a point where u have steady weight gain, keep it at that level. theres no set rules for gaining weight, everyone is different. also i used weight gainers as well, there all junk in my opinion, food is where the real weight gain is.

Wed 7/04 Legs following "24 workout mass blitz" routine

Took my tab 1hr pre-w w/ lunch
Freaking gym was closed for the 4th... paid $5 for a day pass at a neighborhood gym
Had to sub my squats with smith mach squats... anywayzzz... also had to get creative with my hams as there wasn't a lying leg curl mach either-
Besides all this i still got an acceptable workout... I felt good on the last reps of lunges that i dread and always question my ability to finish and not fall on my a s s.(TABS?) I upped the poundage on the squats by about %20 to make up for the SMITH . And hit an extra drop set with the calves.

Workout 4
Workout 4 Friday 7/06 Ch, Sh, Tri following "24 workout mass blitz" routine
weigh 157
Took my tab 1hr pre-w with lunch
Slapped an extra 5 lb on all chest exercises- same reps
after the Sh presses the double drop Sh raises were unbelievable- feeling strong at that point, I could already see a difference in thickness while working out
Calves are still hella sore from Wed workout
I see and feel improvements... 6 tabs down 24 to go!!!!!

Took my tab 1hr pre-w with my pre-w shake
I had a couple of drinks Sat night, i dont think this was as much of the problem as the fact that i got 4-5 hrs of sleep before I squeezed a workout before work.
To date the worst workout... felt like the tabs kicked in late or my body was dragging for the first half hour...
Strength was still up a few pounds on rows... noticeable when late in sets and pounding out a few cheat reps.

Workout 6 Monday 7/09 Legs following "24 workout mass blitz" routine
weight 159-160
Took my tab 1hr pre-w with lunch
I had a very very good workout, lifts for the squat were unbelievable my last set 275lb for 6 felt amazing, thighs are growing - the strength is there and i feel confident through the sets.
h20 and food are my new best friends

Workout 7 Tuesday 7/10 Back, bi's, Forearms following "24 workout mass blitz" routine

Took my tab 1hr pre-w with lunch
This was a fast, intense workout. Came in determined and hit the weights hard. Lower lats were already fried when i got to the cable rows from the pull ups. Biceps were very strong today, they held up till the end.

Workout 8 Wednesday 7/11 Ch, Sh, Tri following "24 workout mass blitz" routine
weight 160-161
Took my tab 1hr pre-w with shake
This is when the exercise program cycles and i get a whole new set of exercises. Up about 10-20 lbs on all chest db presses. The 6 sets w/ cheat reps of upright rows had my Sh's cooking for 15 min. Shoulders are developing fast.

I just weighed myself today after releasing my bladder and pushing my tools... and I have reached 165 lbs !!! I'm down 14 tabs, about half way there 16 to go. Hopefully I will achieve similar results down the stretch. If I get to 175 lbs is 170 lbs feasible after all is said and done??

Focus and energy were good in the gym, seems like i can go harder and stronger through sets. Specially the squats and deadlifts... the weights keep moving

Chest work was outstanding until i tweaked my left shoulder, i was forced to skip shoulders, and modify tri's - lying tri ext's for cable exercises. First workout gone sour. Still had good numbers for all presses performed.
any feedback guys???

Something very strange happend today... I came into work and checked my weight, today my weigh in was 165 and yesterday i was wei***ng 169. I ate like a hog yesterday but i played basketball for the first time since starting the cycle... i played two 3-on-3 pick up games(40 min tops), could this have contributed to 4-5 lbs???!!!???! am i just losing water weight? if so, am i retaining that much more water on mass tabs?

Took tab about 2 hrs before workout today, not as intended- still had a good day at the gym.
BB rows were clean, 6 sets with rest pause and cheat sets will do it to ya, after these i couldn't believe how much thicker my profile got. I was thinking of taking a few pics at the gym with a pump or maybe some mid cycle pics with no pump.
I'll try to get around to that one day.
Strength was good on bi's and for some reason the first few reps are tough then i get this incredible moment were the weights keep moving and it feels as if i'm numb in the bi's. weird!
ohh by the way after back my lower back started to tighten up on me...

not to hop on his nutz but the guy that's replying to your thread (kbiz) in my mind knows the most about phs maybe on the entire site and i haven't seen anyone argue with any of his repiles or posts in any thread so i think you are in good hands. so, throw in a dip and chill a little bit (there is even a thread on here that states it lowers estrogen...more of a reason for me not to quit) . it looks like you are doing fine, your up 6 pounds and you say your workouts are going well and you have 13 days left.
to answer your pct question imo (based off my buddies ph experences...i'm on my first right now)...take that creatine you have and order more if you are going to run out...eat and take protein like its free snatch... eat like a horse, don't miss a workout and lift hard and you should keep close to all of it.
take what you want from me but it looks like you are doing fine bro

Warrior I couldn't understand what you said about estrogen and you not quiting .... and if you read my log i'm up 10-11 lbs i got up to 13-14 on the 17th and somehow managed to lose 3 or 4 overnight... (not 6 like you mentioned) thanx for your advice and time for replying.

wow don't really know why i thought you started at 160...well i'd say you are doing damn good up 11 pounds in 18 days.
the not quiting thing was a bad joke about taking a dip (chewing tobacco) to calm down because you seemed pretty wound up. there is a thread on how it helps lower estrogen i thought it was funny.

LOL oh ok...believe it or not i never 'DIPPED'... tried just about everything but not that. I can be a social smoker at worst when tipsy. But no playing around while on cycles... I've opted for water, cranberry juice, & tea when i go out, its good on the wallet too

I think I could give you a better answer if i knew your experience with PH's... also how much experience in the gym... and your stats.... IMO i think someone over 200lb could easily take 60mg(2 TABS) of this compound and achieve great gains with little sides. Nonetheless if this is your first PH cycle of any kind and you have less than 3 years in the gym 1 TAB is more than enough. Get your diet, workouts, and sleep and you'll grow!!

hahaha thanks boys. I dont know if my knowledge on PH's is the best on the website, I guess it could be but probably because I activly research them, and not to many people do. And the reason is because there are looked down upon in the steroid world. Theres no long term studies on them, and theres lots of potential sides from them that you dont get from "the real thing." Even know SD, PP, M1t, Mass tabs.. ect are the REAL THING, a lot of avid users who juice will not admit to it, or dont like to. If its not Illegal then obviously it doesnt work, or thats what they think. And trust me theres plenty of people on here that argue with me, and have also proved me wrong from time to time in the past but it seems to happen less frequently everyday.... which is always good
I credit most of my knowledge to "Upstate Tank" because the man was plain genious. He was definetly the PH Grur before me. Unfortunetly he got banned for unknown reasons, like a lot of good knowledgable bro's around here. Also #12 also knows his shit, but prob has better things to do then sit on his ass and type them out hahaa, i just work a lot and am on the computer so why not inform myself?, so I can help others and for the most part myself .
As for the dipping, I cant say anything about it because Im a smoker. I CAN tell you thats its prob not somthing you want to start doing, as I wish i never started smoking... regret it everyday, and plan on quitting after this weekend ( i say that every weekend ) It is true that nicotine lowers estrogen, BUT you dont have to worry about estrogen while your "on" cycle because its impossible for these PH compounds to aromatise while your on cycle. PCT might be a better time to take up nicotine intake but even then, there obviously better ways to lower estrogen then smoking a butt or chewin on some Dip.

I was alittle down on my weight dropping a few lbs so i took it out on the weights today... the strength is still there, i went up 5-10 lbs to everything i did in workout 10. My back was a little sore from back day but deadlifts were still great. I've been focusing extra hard before sets and during sets... blocking everything out and giving it my all, it's funny but i talk to myself now... psyche myself up... and motivate for extra reps and intensity.
Weight gain isn't as fast and progressive as before, is there something you guys figure i do to get back on the up and up?
Besides this i'm very satisfied with how i look... running to the gym has become an incentive as i catch cuties commuting around the neighborhood checking me out and vice versa... i'm waiting for one of these LOLLast edited by dwaynewade; 07-25-2007 at 07:17 AM.

dont worry about 3-4 lbs gained or loss through the day the cause of your loss could be a combination of things.Most peaple especially body builders are up and down a few pounds throughout the day because of water intake or loss(sweating,urinating) Trying to pack in 3500 calories into your diet. and of course shitting out that 3500 calories throughout the day.keep up the work.

Took my tab 1hr pre-w with shake
On this workout we went back to the 1st cycle of exercises, keeping a log is of great help as i just added 5-15 lbs on all chest exercise figures from the first go around. 240x6 on decline was a highlight for me... tri's are coming along also. My shoulders are my weakest possibly because i've had my share of tendonitis and rotator cuff injuries in the past.
Although the weight gain is slower i'm getting thicker all around... thighs are getting nice and full and my skin seems thicker... I drink alot of milk, it may be contributing to that, who knows...Last edited by dwaynewade; 07-25-2007 at 07:16 AM.

Great intensity! Cable rows are freakin awesome right now... On my 3rd set i got posessed and blasted 6 cheat reps from hell, wow, couldn't believe the strength. My bi's keep developing well. And for some reason my arms biggest improvement has been my forearms, they are pumped all day everyday... a bit painful at times.

I FORGOT TABS AT WORK! MISSED DOSE-SKIPPED DOSE
A bit dissapointed in myself, obejective was to never miss a workout/dose... anywho i still had a good workout, my squat has really kicked in.... just keep piling on the weight, started doing my calf workouts with only socks on... trying to really make em work, i might be adding extra calf workouts to the program. Workout 17 Thursday 7/26 Ch, Sh, Tri following "24 workout mass blitz" routine

Took my tab 30min pre-w with shake
All lifts were higher than last workout... someone was hogging the Incline so i set up on the SMITH with good results. I'm having problems with any shoulder exercises... I warm them up well before i begin but for some reason they get real tight after chest... sux... anywho ...
weight is stable but strength keeps getting better--
