    EAS Phosphagen?

i believe this is just regular creatine with a fancy name, its just 5g per serving, nothing else in it. ive been taking it for a couple weeks now and im very gassy and seem to get stomach aches from it. its gotten a little better lately but not great.

any of u guys use this product with success? also, can anyone reccomend a creatine that might not cause the bloated gassy feeling i get from this product or should i just stick with this and see if it gets better over time.

i havent used creatine in a couple years but figured i would try it again along with my larginine and regular vitamins, ive used gear in the past but not going that route anymore, thanks for any help or advice.

I bought some of that brand and I must say I'm really not happy with it. It just does'nt seem as effective as what I'm used to. As soon as it's gone I'm going back to "On Nutrition's" Brand.

monohydrate is still the best, id stick with that, plus is the only creatine with any science packing up that it works

who still sells phosagen? old crap IMO it usually messes w/ peoples stomach it is an inferior creatine even as monohydrates go. CEE is the only way to go or a good mix of the right starch and a good quality monohydrate can be effective, I mix CEE w/ waxy ,maize starch and BCAAS for the best blend.
