hey guys just got my amplify 02 today and i wanna use it before the gym 2morrow
i never used 2 bother with pre-workout supplements but people are raving about this one so i figured id give it a try
my question is i workout in the morning and i like to get in at least one meal before i hit the weights, if i eat my 10 eggs (3 yolks) and a cup of oatmeal is that going to do anything to negatively effect my experience?
