    Nutrex Vitargo CGL - ?

I started taking this creatine supplement about a week ago, and it is the single hardest powder ive ever had to mix...

i can shake all day and there will still be big clumps stuck to the sides and bottom and floating around?

anyone else have this problem, is the only solution to throw this into a blender???

Yea That creatine is awesome stuff broski.. you have to use 20oz
of water, you have to put the water in your shaker first, then put the two scoops into the water and shake for 60 sec. and while you drink it continue to shake when needed.. Youll be good to go.

yeah when i finish the first container i still have clumps all over the place i then fill it up again with water and shake the shit out of it and it doesnt do a thing so i end up scooping out the clumps with my finger and eating them ....or swallowig them along with my shake

i even tried mixing 1 scoop at a time so it wouldnt get overwhlemed.,.i guess ill keep at it

Try to make sure the water isn't too cold. I mix mine with room temp. water and don't have any problems.

It sounds gross but I use slightly warmer than room temperature water in mine and then shake the piss out of it. Try buying a shaker with the uneven bottom and top. Mine seems to help take the clumps out of protein shakes too.

I actually like the Vitargo better than Cellmass myself.

This stuff absorbs alot faster than cell tech. i Take my vitargo at the gym after my workout, go home and take a protein shake.. so thats like 15 20 min.

    ^Agreed.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Vitargo uses waxy maize starch as its base, as opposed to dex/malto.

If that is the case, take your protein shake 20-30 minutes after the Vitargo. I am currently using W.M.S. and in searching for information on this have found most recommend the protein afterwards, as it could slow the absorption.

you are correct with waxy maize starch and i have been waiting 20-30min to take the shake after its just a pain in the ass to get in a pppwo meal lol after my protein shake bc i lift at night and get home from the gym at 1030 sometimes

what is the general consensus with creatine mono and caffiene consumption these days...

i used to swear off it like the plague while on cell tech

I used Vitargo many of times, great stuff.

The waxy Maize absorbs much quicker so depending on how you feel dont be afraid to drink that PWO protein shake a little closer to the Vitargo.

I know it's difficult to get that PPWO meal in D after consuming like 30-40oz. of fluid between the 2 shakes. Try your best to get it in.

Arc is correct, protein is protein. Your bosy will view 50g of protein as 50g regardless if its solid or hydrolized.

i used it for pct for a masstabs and sos 250 cycle i loved it...i kept ALL of my strength and was even increasing after 4 weeks of pct

although i jurt my shoulder and took 2 weeks off and stopped the creatine bc i knew i wasnt going to be comming back that soon and didnt wanna waste a new container..

2 weeks later when i came back my compound movement strength dropped dramatically.. i lost a few pounds bc i do believe it is monohydrate which always made me hold a bit of water

im looking forward to starting it again soon tho...im currently just taking protein and multivitamin for supplements at this point

I just bought waximaize and I take 1 serving (40g of carbs) right after my workout, and then I take in about 40g of ON whey protein after cardio. I eat a meal about a 30-45 mins after that consisiting of a protein and a complex carb. Are those amounts okay for the shake? I also might add some creatine with the waximaize. Thanks guys.

The proportions look fine to me; however, the timing of the WMS pre-cardio jumps out at me. How long are you hittin' the cardio for? High intensity? Fat loss or conditioning purposes?

If it is low intensity cardio for a limited amount of time, I would hold off the shakes until post cardio.

I actually play racketball for about 30-40 mins and then bike for 15 mins or just bike for about 25 mins. When I bike I keep my heart rate from 130-150. I read your supposed to take WMS before your whey protein so that is why I am doing it that way. If I wait until after cardio would it be too long for the WMS?
