I used it!!IT IS SHIT!!!!!!!!! Don't waste your money. Go get some Xenadrine. You have to take like 60 pills a day with that Spirostim crap and you have to lower your Cals to 1200 with alternating days of 20 and 60 carbs. You have no energy to work out and your skin looks like shit. I didn't lose a pound, but if you have alot of fat to lose, it might work. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone around 10% bf or lower.
