Well I used the original Halodrol 50, but I don't know if any of that is still floating around. I prefered the Halodrol 50 to SD, I felt similar pumps and growth from the Haladrol, but just felt generally better. The SD made my lower back hurt, and just made me feel a bit edgy all around. I've still got one unopened box of the original Halodrol I'm saving, as well as a couple bottles of SD. All in all I prefer just running gear than either of those.

ive tried both and didnt really see results from the halodrol-50 but had great results from SD, everyones reacts differently to different supplements so you are just going to have to make a choice between the 2 and hopefully you will get the results you want
