What supplements
Guys.
Im wondering what supplements are best to take when on/off cycle to maintain maximum benefit.
I am thinking of taking the following in my daily plan
Protein
creatine
hmb
NO SHOTGUN
zma (use only for pct)???
bcaa
Multi vitamins
Is there anything else I should consider taking (besides a second job to pay for it all) to complement any of them or to maximise training etc. I have thought about myogenx for pct also. Just wondering what everyone else thinks about the plan and your experiences. Thanks guys

I loved NO Shotgun for the first 2 weeks then the results went away. I have been using Amp 02 off and on for a couple of months. I am enjoying the results with Amp 02.

I just ordered AMP 02. Reading all the reviews on kbiz's thread has convinced me to give it a go.

cassein is great to minimize muscle break down while sleeping, i take mine about an hr before bed
