    What supplements

    Guys.

    Im wondering what supplements are best to take when on/off cycle to maintain maximum benefit.

    I am thinking of taking the following in my daily plan

    Protein
    creatine
    hmb
    NO SHOTGUN
    zma (use only for pct)???
    bcaa
    Multi vitamins

    Is there anything else I should consider taking (besides a second job to pay for it all) to complement any of them or to maximise training etc. I have thought about myogenx for pct also. Just wondering what everyone else thinks about the plan and your experiences. Thanks guys

    Dextrose, Amplify 02 instead of shotgun maybe, zma only when off cycle, Vit C, casein protein, gluatmine, total EFA's

    Thanks bro. I have the cassein and glutamine of which I will add. Whats the main difference with Amplify 02 compared to the Shotgun? Also what are total EFA'S?

    read K.Biz's thread on NO products... from what i've gathered NO Shotgun is comparable to Amplify 02 but Amplify has an edge as is also cost efficient. EFA Essential Fatty Acids

    I loved NO Shotgun for the first 2 weeks then the results went away. I have been using Amp 02 off and on for a couple of months. I am enjoying the results with Amp 02.

    I just ordered AMP 02. Reading all the reviews on kbiz's thread has convinced me to give it a go.

    dont waste your time or money on hmb or zma

    cassein is great to minimize muscle break down while sleeping, i take mine about an hr before bed

    Yeah, there are mixed reviews regarding these,,,,,most of which say the same as you, that they are a waste of money. I have a tub of zma, that ive had for some time so I might just save that for my pct to use them up. Thanks bro
