GNC gift card. Whats best bang for buck?

I worked there about 10-11 years ago and I think Ive been there maybe twice since. I get my stuff on line as cheap as possible. But since I HAVE to get something, what the most cost effective supplement at GNC. I like buying my protein on line, I usually feel I cant get a better price(usually ON Whey 5lbs). But it is a need right now. Anyone know enough about their prices to point me to a good product. I know Ill be over paying so Im looking to minimize that. Im going to be adding amplify 02 soon, so you probably dont need to suggest anything in that catagory of supps. Thanks in advance!

Well, if its not protein or NO products. How bout the GNC Mega Men Multivitamin. pretty decent multi-vitamin

It can be protein. Im just saying Im looking for something closer to an online price. I know gnc is on the expensive side, so wondering if anyone buys anything they like at a decent price from them. I love the mega men vits. but they are pretty expensive. I may grab them anyways. Like I say, looking for best bang for buck product at GNC since I kinda have to go there.

Nothing at GNC is a better buy… However, they do have pretty cool protein shaker cups

This forum really went uphill and fast. I remember days when there only used to be like 2 replies at most to each topic. Now there are like 5. (sarcasm)

I only buy discounted bars at gnc... they usually have 50% off deals when exp dates near or when they have to move inventory... i usually buy their detour/u-turn bars they also have the trio plex bars those are pretty good...
