    Timing is everything

    I am wanting to know, on my days off what should I still take? I am currently taking creatine, whey, multivitamins, and L-Arginine. I have been taking my vitamins in the morning with my first meal. Before workout=creatine, protein, and l-arginine. After workout=protein and another shot of creatine.

    Can you be more specific??...

    If i understand right... you only supplement with these things on your days on and you want to know which of those things you listed you should take on your days off, no?

    If this is the case... all of them... why not? if anthing you could cycle multi vitamins as they are all not water soluble
