I just got back from the Anabolic questions and answers room. I had layed of four months without weights and did cardio only to get bf down to a 11 bf percentage.
I was advised to do do weight for at least 3 months before I jump into a cycle.
What supps do you guys recomend for me to use?
I want to gain some solid muscle whilst keeping my bf as low as possible.
I am using nitrix and protein.
