    Just got back.......

    I just got back from the Anabolic questions and answers room. I had layed of four months without weights and did cardio only to get bf down to a 11 bf percentage.
    I was advised to do do weight for at least 3 months before I jump into a cycle.
    What supps do you guys recomend for me to use?
    I want to gain some solid muscle whilst keeping my bf as low as possible.
    I am using nitrix and protein.

    What do you bros recomend

    well if you are doing a cycle in 3 months i'd just keep it to the common stuff.... proper nutrition(diet), a creatine product or arginine(NO) product, a multi vit, EFA's... maybe glutamine, amino acids, vit C etc...

    i'd avoid any PH's for now.... that's my opinion though, there will be many who might recommend them...

    These are really all you need IMO. And a protein from food. Those products listed are certainly the most proven in the supplement world so far. Grab a protein powder, or get a lot from food and you would be good to go. Id agree that since you are going to be doing a cycle soon, not to go with a PH. No sense in doing any more dammage to your liver, or your endocrine system. Just one mans opinion though.
