FOOD,BRO, FOOD..i take my supplements all year round(bcaa,creatine,glutamine,ect.) you need to eat clean and get more than enough calories.if your coming off cutting cycle w/o clen. than clen can be used also yohimbe and some proviron. this will keep the bf lowering and also keep you hard, but remember to always eat cleanOriginally Posted by goodbro

a good PCT such as the one in my sig. A good diet with enough cals to support your new bodyweight. Continued hard training.
As for supps Myogenx worked well for me.
I also like to use IGF and GH + Slin during PCT and beyond.
