I am not sure exactly what you mean by supplement. The best mass building supplement is food / calories. Diet is everything in mass gaining. You can use all sorts of over the counter (and under the counterOriginally Posted by pittbul45
) products, but without eating enough of the right kinds of food you will gain nothing...DIET IS KING.
If you are already eating lots or you have trouble downing enough food, then you could try a meal replacement shake; something with protein and lots of carbs to help supplement your daily calories. In general if you add 500-1000 calories per day to your diet you will gain weight.
If you are asking about anabolic compounds then you should research diet first and get that in line before you waste your time on anything else.
