I do this the cheap way and make my own. They are basically protein powders with extra cals so i just add skmmed milk powder to a protein shake. They are all fortefied with extra vits and minerals and a lot cheaper.

Don,t rely on MRP if you can help it

i use a MRP during the day, and a whey protein shake immediatly after working out. i have been using ultramet by champion nutrition for a couple years. IMO it's the best tasting MRP out

If you want a high protein low carb MRP just use a good high grade protein and add half a packet of Instant Breakfast. Mix it with water, as milk and protein compete for absorbtion.

    Milk vs Protein

    Really,
I didn't know that they competed for absorption.
so for the best protein absorption use water.

I was told that any artifical flavors or colors could also
block absorption of nutrients and the artificial color and flavors stick around in you system alot longer.
    have you heard of this?
