Okay guys well... I plan on taking a Pro-Hormone... I'm 5'10" 170 lbs. (give or take) and very ectomorphic... I've followed a pretty good diet for a while (3,000/3,500 calories above 200 protein, etc.) and I've gained quite a few pounds. I have taken steroids in the past "stupidly", but I took a very low dose which actually worked out fine. I've been working out several years and I feel I finally hit a plateau. When I changed my diet I gained a few pounds (but lost some of those on a backpacking trip recently)... I've changed my workout several times but my weights stay the same and my body mass fluctuates back and forth. I know I'm only 19 but I feel that I would like to take a pro-hormone to bust thru my plateau. The highest weight I've ever been was with creatine at 175... I'd like to reach 180-190 and I hope with a Pro-Hormone I will be able to reach my goal. Now my question for you guys is... A.) What's the most effective Pro-Hormone B.) What's the most effective Pro-Hormone with the least amount of side effects C.) How many pounds should I expect to gain with either or D.) What should I take for the end of my cycle
