Hi. im new to forum and need all the help i can get
I have been working out on and off all my highschool life but with no real results. I have never taken anything but would like to start taking something like creatine or something. I am 5'6' weight about 155. I bench around 255. I had sergery about two years ago for chrons diease which is in my stomach so its been hard to get my stomach back to shape. What are some good ways to bulk up and lose the gut.
1. Good pills to take and workouts would be helpful thanks
