Worth the money?
Do you think that supplements are really worth the money? I'm not talking about pro-hormones, I mean BCCA's, creatine, fat burners, NO supplements and other supplements. How much difference will they really make on a person who has a solid training regimen and good diet? My opinion is that for the little benefit you get, it just isn't worth the $$$

Some times it is not always measurable for me in terms of gains, but in the past when I have been lacking motivation at the gym and i get a new creatine suppliment it has got me back into the gym and wanting to go again because with the extra boost you want to see if you can push yourself any more. Pluss also you can get cheap creatine which will last for months if you dont go for the flashy names stuff like no explode ect.. any way thats just my thoughts.

During the school year I'm usually tired and exhausted from everything going on, so the extra energy and better recovery keeps me going day after day, where I use to just not have it in me to have a solid workout everyday. It's help me reach new goals that I've failed at previously.

I like a good no product, only taken before work-outs, whether on cycle or off. I only take creatine while off cycle.
