whether or not u put on weight is going to be a function of what your diet is like, NOT what supplements you take

In essence... yes you're right, caloric intake will dictate weight gain or weight loss. Now supplements however(some) can make you burn more cals, therefore a change(increase in this matter) of calories consumed would be necessary to bulk.

I'd personally say Amp 02 is not a product that will cause you to lose weight if anything i'd say it'll help you build strength and lean muscle. Use the search and research the threads... lots of info.

I have taken AMP02 in the past w/ RAW MCC, I loved it. I just ordered some again, I think they are on back order.

Alanine in not needed when you have some of the other actives already in Amplify 02 which do similar things ( mediate lactic acid etc)

Also Alanine and Beta Alanine require large doses which DO NOT fit in caplet format.
