    L-arginine

    does anyone here take pure L arginine and get any positive results? I have read up some and get different stories. I read that taking 3 grams per day will increase human growth hormone in males and open blood vessels for a better pump. I have also read that no matter how much you take it does nothing without the proper delivery system or so the guy that created the original NO2 from MRI says. I was thinking about pickin up a bottle and take 3000 to 4000 mgs a day and see if I get any results.

    i highly doubt youd notice ANYTHING at 3-4gs a day

    try 3-4g THREE times a day as a starting point

    make sure to take it on an empty stomach

    for better absorption take it w/ orthinine in a 2 to 1 ratio (arginine to orthinine)

    ive found the benefits of arginine to be purely cosmetic tho...ie just a better pump/increased vascularity while at the gym...not that doesnt help with motivation tho!
