How do you get yours and what supp;ements do you take?
I take about 7 fish pills a day - that's about 1g each.
Then, before leaving for work, I will have 1 tablespoon of EVOO mixed in with 1 scoop of isolate.
If I'm having salad that day, I will mix a bit of EVOO in as well.
After I get home from work, I have 1 tablespoon of flax oil mixed in with 1 scoop of isolate. That's also about 1hr before my workout.
Also, every morning, I will add 1 teaspoon of ground flax seed to my oats.
EOD, I will have some nuts - usually a mix of wallnuts and other type (hazellnut, pine nut etc). That evening, I will have some natural peanut butter as well. This is on my 'off' days, so my fat content is a bit higher and carbs lower.
That about covers it...
flax and fish oils. also eating evoo and salmon are good
