I have always been worried about putting on fat and haven't used any mass gainers up until now. I am 4 weeks into a tren/prop course and know i really need to start upping my calories to get the best gains. So with that in mind i have bought some mass gainer (Optimum Serious mass)
The question is when should i take it?
I work out Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Should i only be eating my 3500 calories on these days or should i keep my intake high on my days off?
Also when is the best time of day to take the mass gainer? Is it before bed? Or first thing in the morning?
