    creatine

    i havent been keeping up on the new supplements that have come out recently. i have a great deal of knowledge on supplements and just want to know if theres any new creatine supplements out there bc im looking to try something new

    I like Mono. All the others seem to upset my stomach.

    Mono has been proven (studies) to work. I dont believe all this bullshit about it not being absorbed etc...Personally.

    CE2 its the platinum version, a little pricy but if you can get it on sale its worth it.
