I've been working out for 10 years and have always used simple shakes, creatine and NO2, ECA when I cut but am thinking of adding some other supplements but am looking for advice on what I can add, and what might not be worth it to use. This is what I'm thinking of using:
Niacin – Sustained Release
Flushes liver of toxins to keep healthy cholesterol levels.
Milk thistle
Detoxifies liver and regenerates liver tissue.
Superdrol
Test booster, muscle builder.
prohormone. 1-AD/4-AD stack
I'm 205lbs right now, 14%bf, want to maintain around 200ish and 8% BF, so I'll keep the protein around 200gms a day with shakes and a lean diet.
I was thinking of celery see extract, but is it neeeded with the niacin and Milk Thistle?
Plan on using Letro for PCT in 2 weeks before going off and 5 weeks after.
