    Starting some sups, but need some pointers

    I've been working out for 10 years and have always used simple shakes, creatine and NO2, ECA when I cut but am thinking of adding some other supplements but am looking for advice on what I can add, and what might not be worth it to use. This is what I'm thinking of using:

    Niacin – Sustained Release
    Flushes liver of toxins to keep healthy cholesterol levels.

    Milk thistle
    Detoxifies liver and regenerates liver tissue.


    Superdrol
    Test booster, muscle builder.

    prohormone. 1-AD/4-AD stack

    I'm 205lbs right now, 14%bf, want to maintain around 200ish and 8% BF, so I'll keep the protein around 200gms a day with shakes and a lean diet.

    I was thinking of celery see extract, but is it neeeded with the niacin and Milk Thistle?

    Plan on using Letro for PCT in 2 weeks before going off and 5 weeks after.

    check out "earl mindell's new vitamin bible" by earl mindell. Then check out his other books. You'll learn more from that than you can from this site. he puts it short and simple. this site is great but can be a little overwhelming with info. what your talking about is detoxifing your body which is great for your quality of life in the long run but really won't help in the gym. Multivitamin, injectable B12, protein, and maybe creatine depending on your goals. those are the basics, start with them, learn about other things and add/take away supps as you go, good luck.
