Diet is the ebst fat burner!
Meh I been on CLEN, Lipo6, Lipo 6x, Stimerex-es and hydroxy cut.
IMHO Diet was more important than those.
Unless you have over 18% bodyfat you wont notice a huge difference, when you get in the lower digit BF% it becomes harder.
Also depends if your overdoing cardio, yes you will lose alot of weight, plus muscle!

Thats quite a long time straight. Won't your body adapt making you not feel the effects any more and becoming dependent on the stuff. I've always wondered if it was harmful for prolonged use.
