I just started some supps..
I'm currently doing 3g cee/3g beta alanine (no shotgun) before and then just the supps after workout...I usually do cardio about 4 hours after workout.....should I take another 3g of cee/ beta after the cardio? or no need...
and one more quick question...Being I wake up and work out right away, should I be taking the protein shake? it says to take the no on an empty stomach? i just figured that mean hard foods like eggs and chicken and stuff?
just trying to establish the right routine before I work out to help maximize my efforts......thanks for any input
