Im lookin for a very good weight gain supplement. I need to be on around 4000calories a day to meet my bulkin requirement, my meals accomplish around 2600 of this, so im looking to get around 450 calories per drink/3 times a day.
Any ideas?

well, you wanna stay away from shakes as much as possible. 3 is too many IMO.
As far as weight gain: Id go with..
1.Food
2.Cytogainer
3. Russian Bear 5000 (been meaning to try it myself)
4. Creatine
I use Muscle Juice. Its got about 1000 cals in a serving (4 scoops). So if you took 2 scoops 3 times a day that would work just as you asked.
