N.O. supplements are so terrible for me. Make me dizzy while lifting, nauseas, horrible if have myself bent over cause crazy amount of blood rushes to my head and feels like I'm gonna pass out, and absolute worst if I use it during legs but more specifically squats, I'll get crazy amount of popped capillaries all over my face and upper upper part of my body around shoulders and upper chest, they just look like bunch of tiny red dots all over my face and takes about 3-4 days to go away. Stuff is f'in terrible.
