    Caffeine Everday?

    Hey Guys new to the forum... I'm a competitive bodybuilder and was wondering if taking caffeine around 400-600 mg before a workout ok during the offseason if i plan on doing ECY for a contest prep? IF you are tolerant to caffeine does it make the ECY (ECA) stack useless or less effective? Newb question but oh well... Thanks!

    I can tell you this about Caffeine the more you drink it the less effective for some people.I only use it on days that I feel like shit.And if I really wanna get fired up I just get a Carmel Maccheioti triple shot from starbucks.Or if your on a budget like most are just use caffeine on days you train your lagging muscles.Prbably doesn't answer your question but I tried.
