Casein ????
casein is a slow-digesting protein, everybody know that ,its assimilation last +- 8 hours
but does it means that i dont need to eat every 2 hours 40 gr of caséine or it means that when i eat 40 gr caséine, every 2 hours, i need to eat another kind of protein
my diet is the following
12h : 40 gr tuna
2.30pm : 40 gr prot slow digesting
4.00pm : 40 gr tuna
so with casein protein, my diet can be the following ???
12h: 40 gr casein
8pm: 40 gr casein
when i think it, i tell myself that no it doesnt oust my "every two hours intake 40 gr tuna or slow digesting protein, because it s only the digesting that is slowed down
can somebody give me an example of using casein in his diet .

The only real use I have for it is before bed

before bed or a mixture with other proteins is how I take it. Amino acids are used to make glucose by the liver when someone is in a fasting state such as at night during sleep. Though the amount of aminos used to create glucose is fairly low taking in protein before bed makes it less of a possiblity for the amino acids to be stripped from the muscles.

Triprot ?(=caseine, whey,egg)

there is no point in using whey because it s a fast digestion protein...no ?

yes but or else, take every 2 hours, whey protein is waster if you dont train
for example : if you train at 8 pm, you wont take a 2 pm, 4 pm whey because it s waste

I only take whey once a day (workout days) and that is for post workout. Food is your best bet.
