ON's Casein or Probolic SR?

What would be better for a before bed shake?

I love probolic.... tastes great.... cant speak for ONs casein...

I know it taste better, Ive tried both.

But would the casein be more effective for bedtime use or the 12 hour release so called from probolic?

i use the ON casein and throw in some whey as well....i sue 40 g casein and 20 g whey

I guess the only real way to see is use both... does the casein have all the added BCAAs that the probolic has? I think either would be obviously good but u may want to take BCAAs with the casein if it doesnt have it in there.

probolic does have casin in it,, from what i remeber,, it jsut has a blend of other proteins as well,,, i dont buy either but if i had the money and was lookiing for taste i would go with probolic

I like probolic..
