Pretty new to the board, I looked everywhere but can't find any gear, anywhere. so I need help with a sup question. I am 28 years old 6' tall 178lbs, 32' waist and bodyfat at 14%. I am trying to gain mass. my ? is. what is best for size? protien or is there a benefit to the weight gainers out there. I know what your gonna say just eat plenty of whole foods and I believe I do. I do take whey now post workout and was wondering if I should switch. also is there any rise in test from animal test pak? or a total waste?
