I think l-glutamine is quite possibly the best supplement on the market if taken correctly. It helps keep me from getting sick, keeps me anabolic, and burns fat!!! what do you thnk of it..i give glutamine a 10/10!

i use to use it but don't anymore, i dont think its worth the price and scientifically, your body won't use all that glutamine and the "anabolic effects" the supplement companies say you get it garbage... the glutamine in your protein powder should be enough
i think the best supplements are vitamins (C especially), protein powders, and fatty oils thats all i use....ohh and some glucosamine
Ive been taking glutamine for about 4 weeks now and noticed that my arms do feel harder and more fuller and it does help loose a little extra weight...Just my thought..

glucosamine chondroitin is a supplement that helps maintain and repair joints and connective tissue, as I understand it. food for your joints
You can take glutamate to as an amino source. Glutamate acts as a ammonia carrier in the formation of urea. Glutamate+ammonia= glutamine.
I used glut. in the past but I personally dont think its worth the $$.
