Sostonol 250 is 3 methylated products in one. I would never take that shit...JMO there are better things out there.

What dose are you running the 1,4-ad at?

I wouldn't run the sost with creatine. Potential kidney stress. Save the creatine for PCT time.

Id its ur first cycle I'd start with 1 for the 1st few days... then bump up to 2. Maybe 3 for the 3rd week. I wouldn't run it any longer than 3 weeks.

i dont see a problem taking sus 250, although im not terribly familiar with 1-ad.

i took sus 250 and mass tabs in 1 cycle for 4 weeks and had great results...sides were less then SD, although something in one of the compounds did start to give me slight gyno at the very end.

the bottom line with prohormones is that they do work, and they work well for many ppl. however you need to consider at what cost? they have not been studied for long, and there are too many questions about which ones aromatize, how much pct is needed, what supports supps are needed, etc.

i personally have gotten great gains off pro hormones but do not anticipate doing another cycle of them.

Are you talking about sustanon the testosterone blend, or SOS250 the designer steroid containing 3 methylated orals?

yeah it was a toxic stack, and i wouldnt even recommend it

i wouldnt take it unless i needed to during cycle

are you prone to gyno?

this is the issue i find with prohoromone use, we dont know for sure which ones aromatize and which ones dont - we also dont know how well 6oxo reverses or stops gyno

for aas, one could run something like arimadex for gyno protection throughout the cycle but who knows for sos250

I am prone to gyno. I was reading the sh!t on 6 oxo and its helps increase the flow of test.

Should I take it?

Also, my nipples hurt. At first I thought it was because I had my nipps pierced but I took those puppies out like 7 months ago. Maybe they're just sensitive or signs of gyno???

lol i dont have any experiance with long lasting nipple piercing damage, so i wouldnt be able to help you there

i would investigate what otc supps can be used to treat gyno while on a prohoromone cycle (i dont know of any off hand) see how u respond to sos250 and take the supp is something starts to flare up

otherwise i would leave the oxo until pct

but again, i ran 2 orals at once and either one could have been the gyno culprit in my last stack...with ph's its trial and error
