    CytoGainer or Muscle MIlk

    which do you prefer, or do you think is better? i know they are very similar and i just finished a 6lb jug of Cytogainer but thought about trying the Muscle Milk.

    i prefer muscle milk. they're both pretty similar. muscle milk was the first protein i used, i use true mass now and i love it. (only for pwo shake though)

    I use cytogainer but only pwo. It only has 6g sugar and like 3g fat. The rest of the carbs are from maltodextrin

    too much sugar? what label you reading because mine is like no one knows said. not alot compared to some i've seen

    maltodextrin is high GI and has as many cals as sugar. There really isn't much difference......

    Well Malto wouldn't be a very good choice pwo if it wasn't high GI...

    I agree something like WMS that passes through the stomach 2x as fast as dex or malto would be better. I'm trying to get every cal I can though. Have a nice day

    I use n-large for post workout sup, and have a muscle milk pre made right before bed, the n-large has a decent amount of sugar, but for a hardgainer like me that makes no difference

    Sweetner muscle milk uses tastes like shit thou... most of em do except for N-Large2 IMHO.
