definately helps your mental focus too, i am in the zone when i take it after a while. i like NO xplode over Shotgun any day though.

umm well i didnt buy it at the place i go to its amazing full of juiceheads that work there and its legit.. like they only have the best products u no what i mean and they give free packets of stuff
