If you are going to train on empty stomach then take it but if you are going to eat (which I think is advisable) take it post cycle
Won't hurt either way, but may upset your stomach. Mix it with a creatine pre-load, so you'll get some simple carbs digested quickly.
i don't like glutamine, BCAAs or CLAs on an empty stomach. i usually take it twice a day, one right after i workout and another during the day when i have something my stomach
