ive tried the gakic b4...and to my suprise it did work quite well in the beginning of my workouts, but it wore off towards the end

If it sounds to good to be true, then it probably is. Good marketing and advertising makes you think if you take that stuff you'll grow. The real truth is your wallet gets smaller, and nothing replaces food and rest, and proper training. There are no real shortcuts.
