    how to gain weight

    my buddy is a hockey player and he is about 5'7" 140 lbs and he has been trying to gain weight does anyone know of any weight gainers or somethings to do to help him gain weight

    proper diet is the key, he doesn't eat enough of the right things.

    How old is your buddy. If he is under 25 it may be hard for him to gain weight. Hockey burns alot of calories. When I was younger and played sports I could barely gain any weight even eating 5000-6000 calories a day. Metabolism and daily activity may make it hard for him to gain. Not impossible just hard.

    he is 18 and he eats a ton he also drinks protein shakes and takes weight gainers and eats a ton right before bed

    I have to agree

    Tell him to drink a Russian Bear 5000 throughout the day, even along with his meals, which he should have 6-7 a day

    i also am a hard gainer, ive ruined my tastes for certain foods and supplements from trying to pack in calories and protein by eating and drinking to the point where i have thrown up, but i have put on 15 pounds in the last two years, its hard, he just has to stick with it and pack the food
