multi vits.

Do you guys know of any multi vits. that arent the size of horse pills? Im taken centrum chewables right now and i think they r pretty crappy with not to much vitimans and minerals in them. The gnc mens multi vits are to big for me to swallow. I dont have a prob. swallowin capsules but i never seen vits in capsule form. I wish they would just make them smaller where u would take like 3 small ones instead of one huge one. Also i dont really wanna smash the big ones and drink them I did that b4 and it got old real quick. Let me know if you guys got ne ideas towards smaller pills or capsules or anything.

Optimum Nutrition just came out with a new multi I read in one of the mags. Never tried the vitamins, but if the quality is as good as thier protiens are, its definetly worth a shot IMO. Usually on the side of the bottle is the approximate size of the pill.
