    ECA Stack

Im going to start a ECA stack but im not goin to be taking the asprin since i read at a lot of places that it is not that affective. Im going to to be taking 18mg ephed, and 200mg caffeine.

I was looking for suggestions on how many times a day i should take it and also i read that you are suppose to cycle it. Can any one tell me what would be a proper cycle for it.

    Thanks

    here we go!

start off 2x a day, preferbly b4 cardio/working out one time, and another time on an empty stomach

once you feel you're tolerance level has adjusted, you can bump it up to 3x

there r a few ways to cycle it:
    option1:
2 weeks on, 2 weeks off <--id reccomend this since its your first time

    option2:
continuous w/ 100mg benadryl/night every third week <--not for the novice user--the only 'prob' i had from this was the wearing off of the 'buzz' effect, but from a fatburning standpoint it still did the trick!

yes, but if this is ur first go around, use option 1

more isnt necessarily better if you arent used to it!
