I just wanted to get a little input on my PWO Shake... It tastes like it's bad for you but let me know what you think....
** 1 1/2 - 2 scoops strawberry protein (isopure zero carb) 37 - 50g protein
** 6oz. 100% grape juice plus 6oz cold water
** 2 table spoon peanut butter
** 1 banana
** 1 teaspoon vanilla
*** 1 cup frozen strawberries
Tastes great!! Probably get about 80g carbs, and 50-60g protein
I'd love to get some feedback on this from you guys, I appreciate it!
