    supplements?

    ok so on my off days do i take my supplements as normal? gainer, protein, wms.bcaa, creatine do i take them all as i normally would on a workout day?

    so...
    gainer-meh eat more fude
    protein(whey?)-nope
    wms-nope
    bcaa-i never did
    creatine-sure

    yes im bulking and take the gainer and whey because i only have 2 breaks at work over 8 hour s so y would i not take them on off days or after cardio
